ELDRO24 is a specialized IT platform for Smart City that supports the systems and IoT devices. ELDRO24 handles the digitization and data authentication process through the use of blockchain technology. Using artificial intelligence, it enables automatic monitoring of the infrastructure as well as controlling the quality and punctuality of the process of its maintenance.

We engage in supervision of the technical infrastructure and coordination of the work of maintenance teams. The reliability of IT systems and IoT devices is guaranteed by the remote center of monitoring events, which handles malfunctions and errors of the infrastructure and faults of management systems.

Thanks to the feature of remote operator, local technical teams are sent to the problem site. Using a digital tool for IoT, maintenance contracts are carried out in compliance with the SLA standards.

Remote event monitoring and handling center service

We provide a remote event monitoring service that works 24/7/365. It is a fully equipped dispatch center in which the operator, thanks to the specialized IT platform, has a current overview on the condition of equipmentand Smart City systems.

The operator reacts to the automatically received reports in accordance with the requirements of the contract, providing a remote support service, so it is not necessary to organize such a workplace in the area of the implemented maintenance contract.

Maintenance of integrated traffic management systems (ITS)

Opening data from operating city systems

We have experience in opening data from operating source systemswithout affecting their target work. Our team developed asafe and efficient solution architectureand implemented it in production. Properly separated data are shared in both Datex2 and GTFS-RTstandards. . It allowed for the placement of specific data sets in the National Access Point (KPD) and on Google services.

In the case of ELDRO24 it not only serves as a maintenance management platform but also as a data warehouse that stores a number of information from devices integrated in the system.

How is the platform built?

ELDRO24 platform consists of two panels: the customer’s panel– infrastructure manager and the operator’s panel– the unit implementing the maintenance contract or municipal central service.

The Customer’s Panel

Functionalities:

  • preview of the infrastructure’s current condition
  • interactive interface presented by a digital map

  • access to the Report Log
  • access to the Operation Log

  • adding photos to the entry (e.g. failure)

Blockchain solutions in ELDRO24

We care about data security which is why we have implemented DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) and blockchain. Thanks to it, ELDRO TECHNOLOGIE developed a new functionality in the original ELDRO24 system consisting in securing the data transfer from IoT (Internet of Things) sensors and drivers.

ELDRO24 in the cloud

In partnership with Chmura Krajowa – the most specialized cloud computing provider in Poland – ELDRO24 operates in the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) technology. Our solution is implemented in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, thanks to which the city becomes a user of the service and not an administrator of infrastructure connected to the system. Whereas the scalability of the solution is guaranteed by the implementation of ELDRO24 in Google Kubernetes Engine technology.

The advantages of the SaaS model are:

  • security of access and storage of ELDRO24 data
  • ease of use only the access to a web browser from any location is required

  • fixed monthly subscription fees
  • access to the latest version of software without interfering with the workplace
